Which products can be customized?
Most of our products can be customized. If customization is available, you'll see the option on the product page. If a product doesn't support customization, only the standard design will be available. If you don't see the customization option but have something specific in mind, feel free to contact us—we'll gladly review your request.
How does customization work?
Every eligible product starts with the Standard Design selected by default.
If you'd like to personalize it, simply select Customize This Design.
You'll then be guided through the customization process:
Choose your garment
Select your garment color
Enter your customization details
Upload images (on eligible products)
Request a free digital proof (optional)
Can I choose a different garment?
Yes! Many designs are available on multiple garment styles, including T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, and more. Available options vary by product, and pricing updates automatically based on your selection.
Can I change the garment or design colors?
Yes! Most customizable products include several garment and design color options.
If you're looking for a color that isn't listed, simply include it in your customization notes or contact us before ordering. We'll review your request and let you know if it's possible.
Can I upload my own logo or photo?
Some products allow you to upload your own images or logos directly on the product page.
If upload isn't available for a specific product, you're welcome to contact us to request a custom version.
Can I request something that's not listed?
Absolutely! If you don't see the garment, color, customization option, or design you're looking for, let us know in the customization notes or contact us before ordering. We'll review your request and let you know what's possible.
Will I receive a design proof?
If you select "Send Me a Proof," we'll email you a free digital proof before production begins.
Production will not begin until:
You approve your proof, or
Your proof response period ends as outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
What if I don't like my proof?
No problem! If production hasn't started, simply let us know what you'd like changed. We'll work with you to revise your design before moving forward.
If you decide not to continue, you may cancel your order before approving your proof, according to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as production hasn't begun.
Orders without a requested proof may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
Orders with a requested proof may be canceled any time before the proof has been approved.
Once production begins or a proof has been approved, custom orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded except when an error has been made by MRCUSTOM.
How long does production take?
Most orders are completed as quickly as possible. Production typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on the product, order size, and level of customization.
Many orders are completed sooner, but larger orders, custom requests, and busy seasons may require additional production time. If your order is finished early, we'll ship it as soon as it's ready.

Can I return a custom item?
Since custom products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun or a design proof has been approved, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the approved proof due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item
A brief description of the issue
We'll review your request and determine the best resolution.
What if I approved a proof with a mistake?
Please review your proof carefully before approving it. By approving your proof, you confirm that all names, dates, spelling, colors, design placement, and other details are correct.
MRCUSTOM isn't responsible for errors that were visible on an approved proof.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds may be available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items caused by an error on our part.
Because most of our products are made to order, custom products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun or a proof has been approved. Please see our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy for full details.
